Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), one of the world’s leading wellness groups and manufacturers of hygienic paper products, announced the launch of the second edition of its flagship CSR program, Fine Academy, designed to bridge the gap between academic education and the evolving demands of the job market.
Building on the success of its inaugural cycle last year, the second edition of Fine Academy offers an intensive three-month paid on-the-job training program. It aims to equip university students with essential professional skills and hands-on experience through placements in FHH’s factories and various departments including supply chain, human resources, finance, procurement, and marketing.
“We are excited to launch the second edition of Fine Academy, which reflects our unwavering commitment to nurturing Egypt’s talented youth,” said Ahmad Taslaq, HR Director for Fine Hygienic Holding in Egypt. “The success of our first cohort demonstrates the program’s effectiveness in preparing graduates for meaningful careers. This initiative goes beyond traditional training – it’s an investment in Egypt’s future workforce and economic growth.”
The first Fine Academy cycle achieved excellent results, with several participants receiving job offers upon completion, including positions within Fine Hygienic Holding. In addition to Fine Academy, FHH has long been dedicated to providing internship opportunities for students often in collaboration with strategic educational partners across Egypt.
